Product Development & Operations Manager
Dylan started at 1,4GROUP in 2022, implementing and overseeing the quality programs throughout the company. After successfully completing the goals set forth in the quality department, Dylan transitioned to managing Operations and Product Development. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the successful operations of current product supply chains and deliveries. Along with this, Dylan oversees the research, testing, and development of new products and technologies. Dylan is passionate about ensuring high-quality services and revolutionizing the potato storage industry.
Born and raised in Boise, Dylan spends all his free time camping, fishing, and hunting with his family. He loves travelling and exploring, but always enjoys getting back home to the mountains of the northwest. Dylan welcomed his first child, Jameson, in 2025 and has enjoyed the new challenges of raising a son.
